Single session - $85
3 sessions - $250
6 sessions - $495
12 sessions - $950
20 sessions - $1,500
For additional participants add 50% per person
On-line training is also available - please enquire for rates
Join us Mon evenings from 5 - 7 pm for open (supervised) gym time. Please email verna@victoria-fitness.cato reserve your spot as space is limited. This class is reserved for those who have had at least 3 personal training sessions with Verna.
If you have a group with a specific goal or time in mind, we may be able to accommodate! Please email verna@victoria-fitness.ca to discuss - Class maximum of 8.
Join us Tues/Thurs mornings
7:30 - 8:30 for a circuit-style, full-body workout. Please email verna@victoria-fitness.ca to register - Class requires a minimum of 4 participants - maximum of 8.
Pay on-line with debit or credit through PayPal, SquareUp, Afterpay (through Square) or e-transfer.
We do our best to accommodate for cancellations due to sickness or emergencies but last-minute cancellations (less than 24hrs notice) or no-shows will be charged at full session rates.
If you are not totally satisfied with our services a full refund is available for unused sessions--sessions used of any package purchased will be charged at our current single session rate.
