Yes! We will always go at a pace that is comfortable for you with exercises graduated to your fitness level and ability.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout at home or outside, we'll set up a plan for you using the equipment that is available to you. If you do, however, want to eventually join a gym we can help you figure out a workout you can do using the equipment the gym you will be attending has.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
