Fit for Life: DIY Workout Course

Learn to Build Your Own Workout — Safely, Simply, and Affordably

Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated — or expensive.
Our Fit for Life: DIY Workout Course is a 5-week, small-group program designed to help you understand how to build safe, effective workouts that suit your body, your goals, and your environment.

Whether you have resistance bands, a few dumbbells, or just your own body, you’ll learn how to use what you have — and train with confidence anywhere.


What You’ll Learn

  • How to build balanced workouts for strength, mobility, and endurance
  • Safe exercise form and how to modify for your body and ability 
  • How to use bodyweight, resistance bands, free weights, or gym machines 
  • Simple strategies for staying consistent and preventing injury 
  • How to confidently create your own training plan — for life
     

Course Details

📅 Dates: 5 Sundays in November 2025
⏰ Time: 90 minutes per session - 1 - 2:30 pm
💲 Cost: Only $200 total (just $40 per class!)
👥 Who it’s for: Beginners, older adults, and anyone who wants to learn how to work out safely and independently
📍 Location: Victoria Fitness - 107, 1029 View St.
