Our Fit for Life: DIY Workout Course is a 5-week, small-group program designed to help you understand how to build safe, effective workouts that suit your body, your goals, and your environment.
Whether you have resistance bands, a few dumbbells, or just your own body, you’ll learn how to use what you have — and train with confidence anywhere.
📅 Dates: 5 Sundays in November 2025
⏰ Time: 90 minutes per session - 1 - 2:30 pm
💲 Cost: Only $200 total (just $40 per class!)
👥 Who it’s for: Beginners, older adults, and anyone who wants to learn how to work out safely and independently
